Dr. Linda Martina Mülli hat am Seminar für Kulturwissenschaft und Europäische Ethnologie der Universität Basel und am Institut für Empirische Kulturwissenschaft und Europäische Ethnologie der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in München promoviert. Sie war Stipendiatin der Graduiertenschule Sozialwissenschaften (G3S). Von 2007 bis 2014 studierte sie Kulturanthropologie, Geschichte und Hispanistik in Basel, Madrid, Sevilla und Wien. Sie arbeitete in der UNIDO und der IAEA in Wien sowie in der Politikberatung und ist Lehrbeauftragte am Seminar für Kulturwissenschaft und Europäische Ethnologie der Universität Basel.

In ihrem vom Schweizerischen Nationalfonds (SNF) und swissuniversities geförderten Forschungsprojekt untersuchte sie Arbeitskultur(en), Berufskarrieren und Biografien im Kontext der Organisation der Vereinten Nationen (UNO). Ihre Feldforschung fand an den UNO-Sitzen in Genf und Wien statt. Ihre Ethnografie Privileged Precarities. An Organizational Ethnography of Early Career Workers at the United Nationsist 2021 erschienen.

Dr. Linda Martina Mülli completed her PhD in cultural anthropology at the University of Basel and the LMU Munich. In 2015, she was awarded the G3S-start-up scholarship. From 2007 to 2014, she studied cultural anthropology, history and Hispanic studies in Basel, Madrid, Seville and Vienna. She worked at UNIDO and IAEA in Vienna. Today, she is an ESG policy analyst and lecturer at the Department of Cultural Studies and European Ethnology at the University of Basel.

In her research project, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and swissuniversities, she investigated work culture(s), professional careers and biographies in the context of the United Nations (UN). She did research at the UN headquarters in Geneva and Vienna. Her ethnography Privileged Precarities. An Organizational Ethnography of Early Career Workers at the United Nations was published in 2021.
